SPDR

SPDR has its doors open to all people living in any part of the world, regardless of nationality, who demonstrate their interest in becoming a member of the SPDR in the form of properly filling out an application and subsequently signing a contract on joining the Cooperative, confirmed by their signature on the contract, between the member and the SPDR.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE SPDR

The membership in the SPDR can be applied for in the first step, only and exclusively, through the SPDR website by filling out the application form (form) located below on this subpage. The application is not binding, it is an expression of free interest in becoming a member of the SPDR.

In the next step, after the application has been approved by the SPDR, an email will be sent within 7 working days (to the email address you entered from the application) containing the original contract between the member and the SPDR:

with the member's assigned registration number,
already written data from the application of the person interested in becoming an SPDR member,
signed by competent representatives of the SPDR Cooperative, with the Cooperative's stamp,
contract in PDF format.

EXTRAORDINARY MEMBER DEPOSIT

In this way, the Board of Directors of the SPDR declares that it will not accept deposits from members in the form of a deposit - pay.

Making an extraordinary member deposit into the SPDR is temporarily not possible. The cooperative does not accept any extraordinary deposits - temporarily.

FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION

Filling out the application (form) on the SPDR website by the interested party.

APPLICATION APPROVAL AND CONTRACT SENDING

After the SPDR application is approved, we will send the interested party a contract with the SPDR with all legal requirements, including the registration number and signed by the competent representatives of the SPDR. The contract will be delivered to your email within 7 working days.
We recommend checking the spam folder in your email.

CONTRACT CHECK AND VERIFICATION

You will then check the correctness of your data in the contract. Expression of free consent to the terms of the contract is confirmed by the interested party with his signature verified by a notary.

CONTRACT SCANNING

The contract, signed and verified by a notary, is scanned by the interested party and attached as an attachment on the SPDR website and sent.

CONTRACT SUBMISSION

You can the contract:
a) 
Download, print and sign at the notary. Then scan it and add it as an attachment on the SPDR website in the section Registration - Inserting an attachment.
b) 
Send an email to the nearest notary in your area. Then sign the contract at the notary. If the notary allows this service, the contract can be scanned and added as an attachment on the SPDR website in the Registration - Insertion of attachment section.

CONFIRMATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP

After sending a scan of the contract and subsequent processing of the contract by the SPDR, you will receive an email with the confirmation that you have become a regular member of the SPDR Cooperative and the contract is effective.

IMPORTANT

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration to the SPDR is possible from the age of 18.
The contract must be signed with a blue pen and notarized.
Before sending, we ask you to check the correctness of your data entry, as the entered data cannot be changed.
If you discover an error or other discrepancy when checking your data on the contract, contact us at podpora@spdr.sk.
A contract that is not properly scanned, i.e. it will not be readable or blurred or incomplete, will not be processed by the system.
In order for the contract to be processed correctly by the system, it must be complete when sent, that means a scan of all 9 pages and notarized.
We recommend checking the attachment you want to upload. If the contract is incomplete, the SPDR will not accept such a contract and entry into the Cooperative will be refused.
The contract between the member and the SPDR is valid and effective upon its processing in the SPDR and the subsequent email confirming that your contract has been registered in the system. If you do not receive such a confirmation by email, please contact us at podpora@spdr.sk so that we can arrange a remedy together.
We recommend registering via Desktop (PC), as the registration form may not be displayed correctly via your Smartphone.
