Based on experience with the management and registration of contracts received from shareholders and verified by the registry office of the state administration, the Board of Directors of SPDR decided without delay, with effect from 12.12.2022, not to accept contracts verified by the registry office in the registration system.  

All contracts that will be uploaded to the system during registration must be verified solely and exclusively by a notary or a person authorized by a notary to do this.
