Sovereign International Cooperative SPDR (hereinafter referred to as “SPDR”) hereby strongly dissociates itself from fraudulent activities disseminated through unauthorized websites and by persons acting without the consent of the cooperative, including the website https://eurod.online/sk/.
This website is not an official communication or business channel of SPDR, was neither established nor approved by SPDR, and is not authorized to act or represent the cooperative in any way.
Warning for SPDR Shareholders
SPDR hereby warns its shareholders about the activities of fraudsters and at the same time urges them not to be lured into these dishonest practices.
We strongly recommend that shareholders and the public:
-
do not send any funds through unverified platforms,
-
do not provide personal, identification, or banking information to unknown entities,
-
do not carry out registrations or payments outside the official SPDR channels,
-
verify all information exclusively through SPDR’s official contact channels.
Protection of SPDR’s Good Name and Legal Action
The Board of Sovereign International Cooperative SPDR considers any attempt to discredit SPDR and its activities—including the spreading of false statements, lies, and misleading information with the aim of damaging the cooperative’s reputation and obtaining unlawful financial gain—to be serious unlawful conduct.
For this reason, SPDR is filing a criminal complaint against an unknown perpetrator who is spreading this false information and acting with the intention of discrediting the cooperative and causing damage.
Communicate Only Through Official SPDR Channels
We ask all shareholders to communicate exclusively through SPDR’s official communication channels and to exercise increased caution regarding any requests for payments, registrations, or the provision of data.
If you have been contacted in connection with the above-mentioned website or have already taken any action, we recommend that you:
-
immediately cease communication,
-
preserve evidence (screenshots, emails, messages, confirmations),
-
contact SPDR through official channels,
-
contact the police if any damage/loss has occurred.
We thank all shareholders for their vigilance, trust, and cooperation in protecting SPDR and its good name.
If you want, I can also prepare a more legal/neutral English version (e.g., “suspected fraudulent activity” instead of “fraudulent”) for lower legal risk on a public website.
